d). Responsible for weekly inspections of hazardous waste accumulation areas <br /> and emergency equipment and for keeping the inspection logs. . <br /> e). Responsible for coordinating waste pickups by environmental services, <br /> tracking shipments and ensuring safe delivery to the designated TSD. <br /> f). Responsible for ensuring contingency plan is understood and up to date. <br /> g). Responsible for tracking and maintaining all waste transportation manifests. <br /> All manifests must have an issued Final Destination copy filed for B&g_E2jn1jgg <br /> Solutions to be considered relieved of responsibility. <br /> h). Responsible for evaluating wastes. Arranging laboratory analyses and <br /> retaining analyses results as records. <br /> 1). responsible for correcting defects identified during agency inspections. <br /> All company employees not assigned a specific secondary job title will be trained <br /> as a minimum on the following procedures. <br /> a). Identifying and safe handling of onsite company chemicals or hazardous <br /> materials. <br /> b). Knowledge of company MSDS sheets, location of and information about. <br /> c). Personal Protective Equipment <br /> d). Company emergency evacuation procedures, assembly point procedures and <br /> building re-entry procedures. <br /> e). Internal alarm and notification procedures. <br /> f). Proper containment and stowing of hazardous waste. <br /> All newly hired employees will receive basic hazardous waste training within 90 <br /> days of date of hire. <br /> Employee training records are maintained in the hazardous materials <br /> management plan (HMMP) and the Hazardous Materials Business Plan. <br />
