Please follow the guidelines listed below. <br /> • You are in charge of this incident un ' relieved.Attempt to keep the <br /> c er <br /> on line as long as possible. <br /> • Notify the shift supervisor <br /> • Listen to exactly what the caller said.Write it down. <br /> • Listen for any distinctive background noises. <br /> • Do not hang up the phone. When the caller hangs up,put the line that the <br /> call came " ,on hold. o not clear or disturbthat line until instructedo <br /> managementdo so by or law enforcementel. <br /> While leaving the other e on hold,use another line or phone to call <br /> Emergency Pa oel,then call management personnel in at order. <br />
