Date: 01/06/2020 <br /> Manufacturer training: INCON, 08/28/20 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site to conduct a service request inspection of a 24 hour hydrostatic test equivalent using the INCON system. UDC 1/2, 3/4, <br /> 5/6, 9/10 and 11/12 after concrete installation was tested for 15 minutes at 0.002 inches leak threshold. All test passed. <br /> A 60 minute at 5 psi secondary containment was conducted on Diesel product#1, 87 product#1,87 product#2 and 91 <br /> product#1.All test passed. <br /> Verification of communication of secondary piping into all UDCS and sumps was observed to be done as required for detection <br /> of a leak at the earliest opportunity. The service technician on site removed jumper hoses and placed the sharder valves in a <br /> downwards position to meet this requirement.Be aware that secondary containment testing for the 91 product vent, Diesel <br /> product vent, 87 product vent, Diesel product#1, Diesel product#2, 87 product#1, 87 product#2, 91 product#1, 91 product <br /> #2, 87 product STP, 91 product STP, Diesel product STP, 87 product fill, 91 product fill, Diesel product fill, UDC 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, <br /> 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, and 15/16 sump is required six months after the the installation of the penetration fittings. The <br /> secondary containment retest is due by September 2019.
