The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments) . <br /> Overfill prevention verification : Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume shut off. Accurate <br /> drop tube calculations must be provided to the EHD prior to scheduling this inspection . Ball float placement <br /> must be verified on all tanks to determine that they do not interfere with flappers operation . <br /> Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or <br /> equivalent) . Proper drainage must also be verified . <br /> • Corrosion protection : Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to backfilling . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 97 , 89, and 91 tanks prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval . <br /> 4 . Since concrete will be broken near the 97 , 89 , and 91 tank, a secondary containment test must be <br /> performed on the 97 , 89 , and 91 tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br /> guidelines . <br /> 1868 E .
