COMPLAINANT WOULD LIKE IT <br /> CHECKED FOR MOLD BEFORE CONTRACTORS CLOSE THE WALL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Northeast wall in kitchen was remodeled without Plan Check permit from EHD. Unable to see behind wall since Wall was <br /> closed up on 6/3/2016 according to management. Did not observe any sign of mold growing in the vicinity. Quarry baseboard <br /> tiles were used for at least 4 inches above floor, and 3/8"coving was provided. <br /> Mall management stated project was initiated by property owner using licensed contractor Sierra Construction, but he does <br /> not have Sierra's contact info. Called property owner Matt(329-1985)and left voice mail. <br /> No further inspection at this time.
