COMPLAINANT STATES SYMPTOMS LASTED <br /> A LITTLE OVER 24 HOURS. Each case is 15 pounds and contains <br /> six individual bags. There is no Best By date on the case(only code on box and individual bags is"X180910"). <br /> JPs are taken from the walk-in freezer and placed in the fryer oil (a timer is set). Each order contains six JPs.Asked manager <br /> to prepare an order of the jalapeno poppers.When the timer went off,the temperature of the finished product was 167-182F. <br /> A routine inspection of the facility was conducted concurrently. No major violations identified this date.
