HAS BURNING ASHES UNDER FRONT <br /> COUNTER. CONVERTED BACK RESTROOM INTO OFFICE AND SMOKING AREA. BUCKET OF CIGARETTE BUTTS <br /> IN CONVERTED OFFICE. " <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #4 Employee Eating,Tasting, Drinking or Tobacco Use <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed cigarette ash in the office area as well as a strong cigarette odor. <br /> Did not observe a bucket of cigarette butts in the office area. <br /> Did not observe any burning ashes under the front counter. <br /> Immediately cease smoking inside of the restaurant facility. No employee shall smoke in any work area. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:No employees shall eat, drink, or smoke in any work area.
