Hwy 999 Stockton <br /> The permit application to remove the underground storage tank system from the above <br /> referenced facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1.If this agency,finds evidence of residual contents within the underground storage tank <br /> then proper decontamination must be performed. <br /> 2. See pages 7 & 8 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br /> 3. A copy of the fire department pemnit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 4.EHD must witness the UST removal and soil sampling. You must schedule this <br /> appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 5.
