Highway 99 / Hammer
Stockton, CA
Dear Courtland,
As requested by ARCO, this letter is to further explain our
job log describing the work done to repair the vapor lines at
ARCO Facility No. 595, 6100 N. Highway 99, Stockton, CA.
What we found was that the old vapor piping prior to 1985,
and the vapor pot collector, were not holding an air test. The
problem was found to be solely in the vapor system and not in the
product lines. Because the problem was in the vapor lines, no
product loss occurred.
The lines were repaired, retested and left tight.
Hopefully this will clear any misunderstanding regarding
the scope of the work on this project. Please call if you
have any questions.
Sincerely,
_ 7
Wa ter '.
