Free product at dispensers located at the West Side of the store. <br /> -Contractor believed steel fittings leaked. <br /> -Steel pipe and fiberglass yellow pipe discovered at this time. <br /> -I called Kasey Foley, Lead Senior REHS,to ask her what to do with the spilled fuel. Kasey <br /> said that the free product and the saturated soil should be stored in drums labeled and hauled as <br /> hazardous waste. I told the contractor what my lead senior had said. Later Margaret Lagorio <br /> consented for the saturated soil to be mix with the stockpile. vp <br /> 4. Went thereat 10:00 am <br /> -Contractor was not ready, and asked me to come back at 2:00 pm <br /> 2. Went back at 2:00 pm <br /> -The contractor had found out more abandoned pipe and was in the process of uncovering it. <br /> 3. Postponed inspection for the 14'hat 10:00 am. <br /> 9/14/99 <br /> 1. All piping was removed. <br />
