Obtain permit from local fire department. <br /> 2. Provide EHD with site health and safety plan. <br /> 3. A letter from Owens Corning stating that Scott Company is certified by Owens <br /> Corning to perform the repair. <br /> 4. If it is decided that a reservoir is needed, Owens Corning must agree with the work <br /> and certify the tank when work is completed. The tank must pass an integrity test <br /> after the work is completed and in operating condition. <br /> 5. Provide EHD with information regarding the tank fuel level. Will there be fuel in <br /> the tank while working on it? <br /> 6.
