Hwy 99, Stockton <br /> A recent review of the under'eround storage tank file for the above referenced facility indicated that <br /> this office has not received your annual monitoring certification, line leak detector, and line tightness <br /> results (if applicable). According to CCR 2637 (b)this testing must be performed at least once every <br /> 12 months. In addition, this office trust be notified of the test date and time within 48 hours of <br /> performing the test.
