Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #25 Employee Cleanliness and Hair Restraints <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Employees working buffet line lack hair restraints. Have them wear hair nets, visors, or caps. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All employees preparing, serving or handling food or utensils shall wear clean, washable outer garments or <br /> uniforms and shall wear a hairnet, cap,or other suitable covering to confine hair.
