Manager was not aware of the complaint. <br /> 2. Manager stated that there has not been any reported illnesses by employees recently. <br /> 3.A log of sick employees is not kept, but they do keep a record of injured employees. <br /> 4. One part-time employee works at another food facility in Livermore or Pleasanton, CA. <br /> 5. Staff receive 3 year Food Handler Card training. <br /> 6. Staff eat the foods prepared in facility. <br /> 7.
