I was unable to locate any of the alleged items listed in the complaint. <br /> 1. Owner was not aware of the complaint. <br /> 2. Owner stated that no employees were sick.There are only 2-3 employees including the owner. <br /> 3. Owner does not keep a record of sick employees(there are only 2 other employees). <br /> 4. Owner and employee have their Food Handler Cards. Owner to provide 5 year Food Safety Certificate. <br /> 5. There has been no out of country travel by employees. <br /> 6.
