In accordance with the NoV and instructions from the inspector' s office, the following actions have been <br /> performed : <br /> 1 ) 104 — Per instructions from inspector' s office, CERS has been resubmitted . It is the intention of Pilot Flying J to <br /> remove the Oil Water Separator from this location , and has engaged the Jones Covey Group, application for this <br /> removal will be submitted by EOD 6/21/ 19 . <br /> 2 ) 105 — Per instructions from inspector' s office, CERS has been resubmitted . It is the intention of Pilot Flying J to <br /> remove the Oil Water Separator from this location , and has engaged the Jones Covey Group, application for this <br /> removal will be submitted by EOD 6/21/ 19 . <br /> 3 ) 118 — Per instructions from inspector' s office, CERS has been resubmitted . Owner Statement of UST <br /> Understanding and Compliance has been submitted through CERS and attached here . <br /> 4 ) 124 — Overfill Prevention testing was performed on this location at 12/ 13/ 18, and report submitted 1/ 15/18, 3 <br /> days late . This was due to a scheduling error . In the future , reports will be submitted within 30 days of the given <br /> test per regulatory requirements . <br /> 5 ) 204 — Monitoring plan has been provided to location with instructions to keep on site . <br /> 6 ) 206 — Service work performed 3 / 17/ 19 by the Jones Covey Group indicated that the L24 #30 satellite dispenser <br /> pan was replaced .
