COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES WHEN HE BROUGHT THIS TO THE MANAGER'S ATTENTION,THE MANAGER BECAME DEFENSIVE AND <br /> DENIED THE ISSUE." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager is on site and is aware of the complaint. <br /> Manager states that the pizza that was ordered (1/2 Indian paneer and 1/2 veggie)has red sauce, mushrooms,garlic ginger, <br /> green chiles, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives and paneer. These ingredients are put on the pizza and then cooked in <br /> the oven.After the pizza goes through the pizza oven, chopped cilantro is added to the pizza prior to service to customer. <br /> Cilantro is purchased at SaveMart.
