P Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)464-0138 Web:www.slgov.org/ehd <br /> qlj FO.�tl <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Cinemark Tracy#217 Date: 09/05/2017 <br /> Address: 3300 NAGLEE RD, TRACY 95376 <br /> Owner/Operator: CINEMARK, USA Telephone: (209)833-8898 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00044039 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> CO 0044039 states: "MICE AND COCKROACHES IN THE FOOD CONCESSION AREA, UNDER SODA FOUNTAINS AND <br /> COCKROACHES THROUGH THE HOLES FOR THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.VERY BAD ODOR COMING FROM THE <br /> CONCESSION AREA TOO." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> This is a re-inspection from the complaint inspection conducted 8-22-17. <br /> An additional complaint was received 9-1-17 (CO 0044135)-complaint of a similar nature <br /> Upon arrival today, I was provided a copy of a service invoice dated 8-24-17. In addition, the Terminix tech was on site this <br /> date. <br /> Observations today: <br /> 1)There are some fresh looking rodent droppings in the dry goods storage closet. <br /> 2)Observed one cockroach on a glue board (positioned under the south concession stand hand sink). <br /> 3)A slight odor comes from the drain at the 3 comp sink(when water is flowing). Per Manager, Drain Release(a bacteria <br /> enzymatic digester)is used routinely in the drains. <br /> 4) No surfacing sewage was observed/all water is draining freely. <br /> 5) Floor drains are clear. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1)Continue weekly pest control visits from Terminix. <br /> 2) Position glue boards in the dry goods storage room (around perimeter)and in other areas of concern (recommend asking <br /> Terminix for assistance on proper placement). Monitor glue boards daily for new activity. <br /> 3)Clean up all rodent droppings.
