While there we also discussed ABC, blah, blah, blah, etc. <br /> Basically, a short synopsis of what occurred. You can then mail it to the facility, maybe with a short <br /> note thanking them for taking the time (whatever). <br /> My thought is: you were there; it wasn't an inspection per se, but why not document what occurred?
