If you do not transport the liquids off site
by an approved hauler, you will need to contact Mr. Larry Williams of the City of Stockton Department of
Municipal Utilities at(209) 937-8722 for approval to discharge the liquid to the sanitary sewer. No liquids
from an environmental assessment that contain contaminates may be discharged to the storm
drains or the ground.
Written approvals by other agencies for disposal of soils and liquids must be submitted to PHS-EHD for
evaluation and approval prior to any site receiving a site certification letter.
In addition, the account established at PHS-EHD for this investigation must be paid in full prior to the
release of the site certification letter. You may wait until the monthly billing reaches you or your assigned
billing responsible party or you contact Michael Infurna at(209)468-3454 to obtain the final billing
balance.
Thank you for your cooperation during this investigation.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Healthion `
Michael Infurna, Senior REHS Margaret agorio, REHS
Site Mitigation Unit Lead Senior
MI/
William E.
