^F APPENDIX E: LIMITATIONS This Phase 11 environmental site assessment(ESA)was completed in agreement with the Standard Conditions as outlined in our proposal/contract. This report and the information herein contained has been prepared by Hygienetics Environmental Services,Inc.(Hygienetics)for the sole use of Kaitz Property Services,Inc. (herein referred to as the Client),or their assigned parties. The Phase II ESA has been completed by Hygienetics under a limited scope of services provided by the proposallwork agreement. The accuracy of property boundaries, addresses, and/or assessor parcel numbers for the subject property or properties examined for the Phase II ESA are the responsibility of the Client:' The report is based on information provided by.(1)the Client-,(2)observations made by Hygienetics personnel during an on-site inspection and investigation;(3)private parties and other consultants,(4)public information provided by federal,state,and local regulatory agencies,and(5)document libraries and utility companies. Except where noted in this report,no surface or subsurface investigations involving the physical collection and analyses of air, soil-gas, surface-or ground-water, and bulk building materials have been made. Subsurface geophysical investigations have conducted solely to locate underground utilities. It is possible that despite the use of reasonable care and interpretation,Hygienetics may not have identified illegally disposed hazardous materials,unreported regulatory violations,the presence of hazardous substances migrating onto the subject property from off-site sources,and unpermitted or misidentified underground tanks or vaults on the subject property and immediate vicinity. Hygienetics conducted this investigation with the manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the environmental consulting profession currently practicing under similar conditions in California. Although there are no current legal standards or requirements for Phase H EASs,prior to this investigation Hygienetics submitted a work and health and safety plan to the Client and to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services as part of the soil boring permit requirements. Hygienetics assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information identified or obtained from government records which m may be out of date,incomplete,or otherwise inaccurate. Hygienetics assumes no responsibility for conditions that were not specifically requested and evaluated,events that may have occurred after the site investigation such as illegal disposal or accidental spillage of hazardous materials,or conditions that were not generally recognized as environmentally unacceptable at the date that this report was prepared. Hygienetics also assumes no responsibility for possible inaccurate information provided by the California Department of Health Services accredited laboratory. Hygienetics prepared this report for the Client's exclusive use for this particular project. No other warranties,expressed or implied,as to the professional advice provided are made.
