1 <br /> WHEREAS the CIWMB has the authority to seek civil penalties <br /> 2 <br /> of not less that five hundred dollars ($500) and up to ten <br /> 3 <br /> thousand dollars ($10, 000) for each violation of a separate <br /> 4 <br /> provision or, for continuing violations, for each day that <br /> 5 violation continues, against any person who violates any provision <br /> 6 <br /> of this chapter, or any permit, rule, regulation, standard, or <br /> 7 <br /> requirement issued or adopted pursuant to this chapter as provided <br /> S <br /> in PRC sections 42850 and 42850 . 1 (b) (2) ; <br /> 9 <br /> THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO PRC SECTION 42845, YOU ARE ORDERED TO: <br /> 10 <br /> 1 . Cease acceptance of any waste tires at this WTF until <br /> 11 <br /> such time that a permit has been obtained or this WTF no longer <br /> 12 <br /> meets the minor WTF definition. <br /> 13 <br /> 2 . Remove all waste tires from the premises by July 30 , <br /> 14 <br /> 1999 in accordance with the following waste tire removal schedule <br /> 15 <br /> and operation plan. <br /> 16 <br /> A. Waste Tire Removal Schedule <br /> 17 <br /> (1) Waste tires shall be removed from the premises . <br /> 18 <br /> The CIWMB must approve the destinations of the tires to. <br /> 19 <br /> ensure that they are legally transported to an approved <br /> 20 <br /> facility. <br /> 21 <br /> (2) All waste. tires (whole and/or tire equivalents) <br /> 22 <br /> shall be removed by July 30 , 1999 . Copies of <br /> 23 <br /> destination receipts and waste tire manifests must be <br /> 24 <br /> submitted to the CIWMB on or before August 7, 1999 . <br /> 25 <br /> B. Operation Plan <br /> 26 <br /> (1) During the waste tire removal operation commencing <br /> 27 <br /> forthwith, adequate fire prevention measures must be <br /> 3 . <br />
