The following is BP's response to the item noted <br /> during the inspection on October 3, 2006. <br /> • CCR 2712(b)—The designated operator monthly inspection record dated 05/4/06 <br /> indicated that liquid was observed in dispenser pan '/2. Maintenance records could not be <br /> located at the time of the inspection for any follow-up actions regarding observation. <br /> The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection,the maintenance records for the <br /> follow-up actions regarding the liquid observed in the under dispenser containment(UDC)of <br /> Dispenser#1/2. <br /> The liquid in the Dispenser#1/2 was removed by the dealer,Mr. Khai Quang Vo. I have <br /> included a copy of the designated underground storage tank(UST)operator(DO)monthly visual <br /> inspection report completed on June 9,2006 that indicates that all the UDCs were free of water, <br /> debris, and hazardous substance(Attachment B). <br />
