Fremont St., Stockton, CA 95203 <br />The permits to replace the sensors in the STP, fill, and UDC sumps with Veeder-Root <br />794380-323 position sensitive sensors at the above referenced sites have been approved <br />with the following conditions. <br />1. The individual performing this work must be Veeder-Root certified and possess <br />the ICC California UST Service Technician Certification. <br />2. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />3. The monitoring must satisfy this facilities' monitoring plan. <br />4. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />5.
