The monitoring plan on site is not approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD). The monitoring plan must be current and approved by the EHD. Add the tank <br /> overfill prevention method in the comments section of the monitoring plan. The current overfill <br /> prevention method is external audio / visual alarm set at 90% of tank capacity. Complete and submit a <br /> copy of the monitoring plan for approval by the EHD by March 22, 2011. An approved copy will be <br /> returned for your records. <br /> 24. Annual line leak detector testing was performed on March 3, 2010 and a test report has not been <br /> submitted to the EHD. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br /> Immediately submit a copy of the test report to the EHD. <br /> Note <br /> 1.
