This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2)Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. This is a minor violation. 9 HSC 25508(a)(1)Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)annually. The Hazardous Material Business Plan(HMBP)was not submitted between 11/112018- Ill 5/2019.The HMBP was submitted late on 112212019.The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http//cers.calepa ca govt, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. 15 HSC 25510(a)Failed to report actual or threatened release to the EHD and/or CaICES Warning Center. A release of diesel occurred on 1/23/2019 and was not reported to the EHD and CaICES. The diesel fittings or hose is leaking. Please stop the leak and clean up the spill A release or threatened release of a hazardous material shall be verbally reported immediately to the EHD and CaIQES. Ensure that any future releases or threatened releases of a hazardous material are verbally reported immediately to the EHD and CaIOES. This is a Class I violation.
