The visual red light is still functional. The <br /> white plastic button used to re-set the alarm has disintegrated. As stated in your inspection <br /> report, BP repair and testing vendor Gettler-Ryan replaced and successfully retested the overfill <br /> alarm box during the inspection. A copy of the Monitoring Certification is attached for your review and <br /> records. <br /> CERS (California Environmental Reporting System) has not been submitted for reporting <br /> hazardous waste & hazardous material inventory. No later than 3 years after CERS has been <br /> establish, regulated business shall report program data electronically. Information shall <br /> include, but not limited to, hazardous material inventory information. Per your voicemail to me <br /> on February 26, 2014, you have met with our Franchisee and helped him file all necessary CERS <br /> information for his business at this site, therefore this element has now been resolved. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail <br /> facilities immediately. With the submittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the items of alleged <br /> non-compliance have been resolved.
