The audible sound used as part of the audible-visual alarm for the overfill prevention system is not <br /> currently functional on the UST system. The visual red light is still functional. The white plastic button <br /> used to re-set the alarm has disintegrated. Both the audible and visual unit was replaced and retested <br /> during the inspection and passed. <br /> - Corrected on site. Unit replaced part 790091-01 overfill alarm box. <br /> Notes: <br /> - Spill bucket testing for 91, 87 Master -1, 87 Master-2, 87 siphon was not tested today as part of the <br /> annual monitoring system certification and line leak detector testing. <br /> OPW buckets were replaced under SR0068427 and tested on 01/08/14 - all passed. <br /> - Last annual monitoring system certification was performed in 02/11/13, one calendar month early. Next <br /> annual monitoring system certification is due within 01/2015. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Inspector Received By.
