Date: 06/21/2018 <br /> Manufacturer training: FFS Containment Testing,07/08/18 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site to witness secondary containment testing after replacement of the penetration fitting in UDC 5/6. During routine trienniE <br /> secondary containment testing on May 9, 2016 the following issues were noted: <br /> Fail-87(2) siphon line <br /> Fail-UDC 5/6 <br /> Not Tested-87(2) STP sump <br /> According to the technician, no repairs were needed for the 87(2) siphon piping. He stated that he pushed the test boot on <br /> firmly and was then able to test the piping line. <br /> Witnessed hydrostatic testing of the 87(2) siphon sump for 15 minutes using the Incon tester. Passed. <br /> Witnessed hydrostatic testing of UDC 5/6 for 15 minutes using the Incon tester. Passed. <br /> Witnessed pressure testing of the 87(2) siphon piping at 5.25 psi for 60 minutes.
