Julian Munoz
10 June 1987 6
WE/SSASSOCK ES 4,
LABORATORY ANALYTIC RESULTS
Analytic results for 8011 samples from all boring% except boring 3-2 were
below the detection limits of 10 ppm for TFHC and 0.5 ppm for DTX. A sample
collected from 20.7 ft in boring 8-2 had a TFHC concentration of 1.100 ppm.
Analytic results for soil are presented in Table 2. The chain-of-custody
forms and analytic reports are included as Attachments B and C. respectively.
TABLE 2. Soil Sampling Analytic Results -
California Safeway Most Packing. Hydrocarbons occur at or near the vater table to borimgs
B-2, 5-3, B-4, B-6, B-7 and 3-8. Hydrocart-ns say have migrated with ground !
water away from the tank cluster and seasonal fluctuations of the ground water
table would leave hydrocarbons in the present unsaturated zone.
