Joseph P. Theisen, WA <br /> geologist, was present at the site on .7 July and witnessed the removal of Tank <br /> i <br /> #1, closest to Navy Drive, and the uncovering of Tank #2, second from Navy <br /> Drive. We understand Doug Wilson of the San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> (SJLHD) and Andre O'Neil of the Stockton Fire Department were present during <br /> the removal of all tanks. <br /> Ground water was encounterted at a depth of approximately 9.25 ft from <br /> the ground surface during the removal of Tank 1.
