Relative to Section 2652 (d) of the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Regulations (CAC, Title 23, Subchapter 16) <br /> the report is to the show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> including the results of all investigations <br /> completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, <br /> schedules for the completion of the investigation <br /> of the site and remediation; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater <br /> elevation, pH, conductivity, gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; <br /> and <br /> -a site map showing the "zero line" of <br /> contamination, if known, and changes in the above <br /> measurements .over the last quarter. <br /> As you mentioned during conversation, previous monitoring well <br /> sampling did not detect petroleum contaminants and Safeway may <br /> propose post monitoring or request evaluation for site closure. We <br /> are enclosing, for your files, a copy of CVRWQCB's letter of March <br /> . 16, 1990. Your sampling program should address the concerns stated <br /> in the letter. Please include the investigative data and the ` <br /> proposal for remediation within the report due, into our office and <br /> CVRWQCB no later than February 15, 1991. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
