t`
i
9/27/96 EHD letter after the TRC meeting that requested further
information.
03/20/02 EHD received a Site Closure Report dated August 10, 1998
prepared by Emcon. The report included a 1990 well survey
and a mass calculation.
The survey identified within % mile radius 10 industrial
wells and 1 domestic well upgradient (north) of site, and 2
industrial well cross-gradient (west) . The survey
identified the out of service municipal well No. 72 located
V. mile east of the site, and a domestic well M mile south of
the site. Emcon stated most of these wells are not in
operation due to poor water quality in the area.
Emcon calculated a total mass of 1,411 lbs of diesel in the
soil, and a mass of 15.25 gallons of diesel in groundwater
using 1991 data, and 26.5 gallons in groundwater using 1995
data. 1995 data covers a larger area than 1991 data.
6/26/02 EHD & RWQCB staff discussed the site and decided that one
more quarter of groundwater sampling would be required.
08/14/02 EHD received Groundwater Monitoring Report dated August 14,
2002 . Monitoring wells 4, 5 and 6 were sampled for, two
consecutive quarters. Analytical results of All wells were
less than 50 µg/l of diesel except for one sample (July 2002
MW-5 groundwater sample result was 290 pg/l of diesel) .
Water is about 15 feet bsg. Gradient has been east to.
southeast since August 1992.
