SITE HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN <br /> Diesel Fuel <br /> This material currently . has no TLV specifically adopted by NIOSH. <br /> However, it has been listed as a suspect carcinogen, and is currently <br /> being tested for carcinogenicity. <br /> Ethyl Benzene <br /> This is a colorless liquid with an aromatic odor. Its flashpoint is <br /> listed at 590F and has a TLV of 100ppm. The hazard class is Flammable <br /> Liquid. <br /> Benzene <br /> Benzene is a common constituent of gasoline and other . petroleum product <br /> materials. It is a clear, colorless liquid, with a flash . point listed <br /> at 12oF. <br /> The currently established TLV for Benzene is 10 ppm in air.
