THEY DO NOT MOVE TABLES TO SWEEP THE <br />OUTSIDE AREA. FRONT DOOR IS FILTHY. THE INSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT IS FILTHY AND THE WINE <br />GLASSES ARE ALWAYS DIRTY. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per Manager, she is aware of the complaint. The complainant called her to complaint about facility being filthy. Manager <br />tried to know more details about his complaint but complainant didn't give any details. I inspect the outside patio tables. The <br />outside table and floor are clean. Tables need to be powdered to cover some rusty spots. As per Manager, 2 custodians are <br />coming every day to clean the whole facility from 8AM to 11AM, before opening. I inspect the dining area and the front door. <br />They are clean. I inspect the back kitchen, bar area and dry storage area. They are clean. I inspect the wine glasses which <br />are clean. I check the dish washer chlorine concentration that is 50 ppm. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
