Main Street
Stockton, CA 95020-3029
Mr. Yang,
We have completed the recommended compliance requirements as per our conversation. We
have posted the appropriate information by the phone. As for the disabled piece of equipment
with leaking hydraulic fluid, we have complied as follows:
1. Leaking Hydraulic fluid has been cleaned up as requested.
2. We have covered the leak area with absorbent spill pad.
3. We have contained the hydraulic fluid in a proper container.
4. Note: The equipment will need to remain on the property until it can be moved by a
heavy equipment moving company.
For your convenience, I have attached a copy of the Permanent EPA record, permits to operate,
and return compliance form. I will fax this to you today and the original will be sent in today's
mail
If you have any further information that would be helpful to us in staying compliant, please let
me know.
