To assess the lateral extent of ground water contamination in the shallow and assess the <br /> vertical extent in the deeper zone down-gradient of the unauthorized release. <br /> 2. One CPT log will be completed to collect geoloc is information prior to determining the lower <br /> zone depth. A ground water sample will be coli cted from the determine deeper zone. <br /> 3. Ground water will be collected from three locations: one deep zone approximately 70 feet bgs; <br /> two shallow zone samples, the shallow zone is approximately 40-50 feet bgs. <br /> 4. Sample locations will be within approximately 60 feet laterally down-gradient of MW 1. <br /> 5. The ground water samples will be analyzed using EPA Methods: 8015,8020, and 8260B. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Please submit an EHD well permit application within 30 days and completed this scope of <br /> work within 60 days of permit issuance. <br /> 2. A report of findings should be completed andsubmitted within 60 days of work completion. <br /> 3. The SCM must be updated incorporating then w findings.
