In <br /> addition, time tables requested bj our letter dated 7 July 1987, <br /> for reports submitted! in May and June 1987 have not been <br /> received. ` <br /> We also understand thatj� you receiv d a site assessment report for <br /> the Lodi station in June 1987 which we have yet to receive. Due <br /> dates have been established for all. your station reports and <br /> those reports are to be sent to us within five working days of <br /> the due date. If a report is submitted to Kayo prior to the •due <br /> date, we expect to receive a copy within five working days of its <br /> receipt by Kayo. Time tables are required in all reports <br /> submitted. <br /> To assure that Kayo continues t make progress to assess and <br /> remediate pollution at ;these sites, please submit reports on all _ <br /> three sites and the requested time tables by 28 August 1987. <br /> 4 These requests are made !;pursuant to Sections 25297 (b) and 25299. 5 <br /> of Division 20, Chapter 6. 7 of the California Health and Safety <br /> Code which states that fa Regional Board may take action for the <br /> protection of the Waters of the State, and Section 13267 of .the Y <br /> California Water Code which specifies, in part, that: <br /> " (a) A regional board, in establishing or . reviewing any <br /> water quality control plan or waste discharge requirements, <br /> or in connection with any action relating to any plan or <br /> requirement or authorized by this division, may investigate <br /> 4 <br />
