There are monitor-
ing wells on the adjacent property which would greatly aid the
remediation of this site if they could be connected to the vapor
as infiltration points for the proposed bioremediation system.
extraction system. Can the Regional Board help in acquiring access to th
property? The vapor extraction system currently running is
removing large amounts of hydroca bons from the soil and I am
eager to extend the system to contaminated areas off site. I
would also like to take advantage of the current low ground
water levels which enhance soil vapor extraction.
Enclosed for your review is the monthly monitoring report for
February, 1990, showing 1, 307 pounds of hydrocarbons where
removed during that th
bringin
month, g e total removed to 3,215
pounds.
Anything you can do to aid Conoco in gaining access to the
property would be greatly appreciated.
