The catalyst bed temperature shall be <br /> monitored and recorded at all times. <br /> 9-The operating temperature for the catalyst bed shall not exceed 1,050 <br /> degrees F and shall not be less than 600 degrees F. <br /> 10-The vapor extraction system shall be equipped with an automatic shut off <br /> device that will shut off the entire system if the catalyst bed temperature <br /> is not maintained within the operating bed temperature range specified in. <br /> the latter condition. <br /> 11--The concentraiton of : iC in the influent gas stream shall not exceed <br /> .'2340t-ppmv measured as gasoline or 13,894 ppmr measured aS,smethane. <br /> 12-The influent gas flow rate to the catalytic incinerator shall not exceed <br /> 10o sdcfm. <br /> ' 13-The NMHC concentrations upsteam and doimstream of the catalytic <br /> . incineration unit shall each be measured at least three times a day for at <br /> . ..•least 15 minutes for each sampling, 2 days a week for the first 8 weeks and <br /> . on a weekly basis thereafter. <br /> 14-A monthly written report indicating daily exhaust flow rates, NMHC <br /> emission concentrations, catalytic incineratorr operating temperatures, NMiIC <br /> destruction efficiencies, and N HC emission rates shall be submitted to the <br /> . District on a quarterly basis. <br /> 15-Operation of the vapor extraction system and catalytic incinerator shall <br /> cease by August 16, 1994. If operations are anticipated to carry on after <br /> this date, then an application for Authority to Construct to do so shall be <br /> filed with the District. <br />
