WATER TASTED TAINTED AND SMELLS LIKE A FISH <br />AQUARIUM. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Did not observe any growth or sign of contamination in the water line of the ice maker or the water dispenser (soda <br />dispenser), in the ice, or inside the ice maker. The Ecolab Water filter is changed once at year and the next scheduled <br />change is in September 2016. Did not see any growth or unsanitary glasses used for water. Warewash machine is <br />dispensing 50 ppm chlorine. <br />OIR emailed to stockton@mrstaxinc.com <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
