SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Fast Gas site is a retail gas station situated on the <br /> I <br /> so <br /> utheast corner of the intersection Of Kettleman Lane (highway <br /> 12) and Lower Sacramento Road in Lodi, California. It is bounded <br /> on the north by Kettleman Lane, on the west by Lower Sacramento <br /> 7? Road, and by vineyards on the south and east, Figure 2. The site � <br /> E is paved with asphalt concrete and occupied by a cashier's office <br /> C <br /> structure <br /> � , three gasoline pump islands and a canopy. . Three <br /> s 10,000 gallon undergraund product storage tanks are ]located in i <br /> the southwest central portion of the site. A storm writer <br /> n; detention pond is situated in the southeastern cornew. of the <br /> a .. site. <br /> Thirty-three soil borings have been drilled on the site. Twenty <br /> seven were Completed as groundwater monitoring wells. One was <br /> t <br /> r, completed as a recovery well.
