Y
Project A109.02 2 January 1992
On 23 December, a complete system monitoring was undertaken. All wells
remained open except MW-24, which was closed due to low concentrations.
There was no vacuum reading available on this date. It was determined
that the vacuum gauge needed to be replaced. It was also discovered that
another thermocouple (outlet temperature, TC3) needed to be replaced.
These items were placed on order.
From 16 August to 23 December, the system operated 94.5 days extracting
approximately 5,006 pounds of hydrocarbons and 21 pounds of benzene from
the soil . On 23 December, the extraction rate was approximately 40
pounds per day.
At your request, a total gallons-to-date column now appears on the
summary table. Approximately 807 gallons of hydrocarbons were extracted
from the soil as of 23 December 1991.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
EVAX Technologies, Inc.
<-7ffVtA n 0
Robert A.
