Based on project modifications, mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting <br /> evidence presented in the Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have <br /> a significant effect on the environment. Therefore, approval of a Negative Declaration is <br /> recommended for this project. A Mitigation Agreement is attached, if applicable <br /> Public Review: A copy of this document and the related Initial Study may be <br /> reviewed/obtained at the above-noted Lead Agency address. Any written comments on these <br /> documents must be received at that same address by the end of the review period.
