Code of Regulations Title 14, Sections 15070-15073) <br /> Lead Agency: City of Stockton <br /> c/o Community Development Department/Planning Division <br /> 425 North EI Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-1997 <br /> Contact Person: Senior Planner Dianne Smith Phone: (209) 937-8266 <br /> Project Title: Jim Fisk and Dave Silva - General Plan Amendment <br /> Initial Study File No.: IS10-99 Discretionary Application(s) File No.(s): GPA5-99 <br /> Project Applicant: Jim Fisk and Dave Silva <br /> Project Description/Location: To amend the General Plan from Agriculture to Industrial <br /> for approximately four acres located southwest of Mathews Road and EI Dorado Street <br /> in the County (8125 South EI Dorado Street and 36 West Mathews Road). <br /> Date Review Period Ends: September 7, 1999 at 5 p.m. <br /> Finding/Determination: The City of Stockton Community Development Department, Planning <br /> Division, has reviewed and considered the proposed project and has prepared and/or <br /> independently reviewed and analyzed, a Proposed Negative Declaration and related Initial <br /> Study. Based on project modifications, mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting <br /> evidence presented in the Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have <br /> a significant effect on the environment. Therefore, approval of a Negative Declaration is <br /> recommended for this project. A Mitigation Agreement is attached, if applicable <br /> Public Review: A copy of this document and the related Initial Study may be <br /> reviewed/obtained at the above-noted Lead Agency address. Any written comments on these <br /> documents must be received at that same address by the end of the review period.
