CHRONOLOGY
HENDRIX TRUCKING
3730 MUNFORD AVENUE
STOCKTON CA
TANK #1 10,000 GALLON DIESEL REMOVED 04-08-93
TANK #2 550 GALLON GASOLINE REMOVED 01-00-86
01-00-86 One 550 gallon gasoline tank removed this date. Inspector noted odors in
soil. File review reveals no soil sample results although the inspector
noted that a soil sample was obtained.
04-21-86 One soil boring was installed directly adjacent to the east of the former
550 gallon UST to a total depth of 76.5 feet bgs. PID readings indicated
contamination beginning at 15' bgs to the total depth with the highest
readings at 50' to 60' bgs. Soil sample results from this boring are shown
in Table 1. The boring was finished as a monitoring well MW#1.
07-16-86 PHS-EHD receives report describing the results of the soil boring and
groundwater sampling. Groundwater sample results indicated
contamination as noted in Table 2.
04-16-87 In response to the results of the groundwater sampling from the
monitoring well, PHS-EHD and the CVRWQCB sampled four domestic
wells located at homes near this site. The results of this sampling
indicated no TPH gasoline, or BTEX at a detection limit of 100 ppb and
0.5 ppb, respectively. Organic lead was also not detected at 0.05 ppm.
07-25-91 PHS-EHD receives sample results from groundwater sampling that was
initiated by the RP after a request by this office. Only toluene was
detected at a concentration of 4.3 ppb. BEX were not detected at a
detection limit of 0.5 ppb. All groundwater sample results can be found in
Table 2.
09-21-91 Site placed into the LOP for oversight this date.
03-11-93 PHS-EHD receives a workplan to install three additional wells at the site
as monitoring well MW#1 is dry.
04-08-93 One 10,000 gallon diesel tank was removed from the site this date. Two
soil samples were collected from beneath the tank at approximately 14'
bgs. No odors or soil discoloration were noted.
I
