One monitoring well was <br /> installed and sampled in June, 1986. Analytical results from water <br /> sample MW-1-69-A indicate that benzene (382 parts per billion <br /> (ppb) ) , toluene (115ppb) , and xylene (58.3ppb) are present in the <br /> groundwater below the tank excavation. <br /> The extent of migration of gasoline related constituents in the <br /> groundwater and the groundwater gradient are not known at this <br /> time. Information obtained from additional monitoring wells is <br /> necessary to determine the local groundwater gradient and the <br /> extent of contamination in the groundwater. <br /> Pursuant to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations (California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Subchapter <br /> 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division and Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the <br /> investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The <br /> report is to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> including the results of all investigations <br /> completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, <br /> schedules for the completion of the investigation <br /> of the site and remediation; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater <br /> elevation, pH, conductivity, gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
