Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Everett V. Smith (Quality Analyst). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate was available for review. <br /> 3.)Observed 2 manifests on site. 2 other manifests emailed to EHD. <br /> 4.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to everett.smith@bmwna.com. <br />
