Revchem Composites <br /> Stockton Facility Training Plan <br /> The following training plan will be given to Revchem Composites employees within the first 90 days of <br /> employment. Each new employee will be given Safety training on various subjects including the <br /> following: <br /> • Methods for safe handling of hazardous materials <br /> • The use of personal protective equipment <br /> • Emergency mitigation procedures in response to a release or threatened release of hazardous <br /> material <br /> • DOT Training- HM126 <br /> • Evacuation Procedures <br /> • Forklift training and certification <br /> After initial training,the employees will receive on-going training through safety and tailgate meeting on <br /> various topics including the following: <br /> • Methods for the safe handling of hazardous materials <br /> • Proper handling of hazardous materials and the use of appropriate equipment <br /> • Preventing slips,trips,falls <br /> • Heat illness prevention <br /> • Blood Bourne pathogens <br /> • HazCom Program <br /> • Back safety <br /> • Interpretation and location of SDS <br /> o SDS'S are made available to all employees <br /> • Procedures for notification and coordination with emergency agencies <br /> • Use of emergency response equipment and supplies under control of the facility <br /> • Location and use of fire extinguishers <br /> RCTRN-OPS-001 REV 1 <br />
