The likelihood <br /> of such liquids or sludge being present is determined by evidence of factors associated with the <br /> pit, pond, or lagoon, including, but limited to, discolored water, distressed vegetation, or the <br /> presence of an obvious wastewater discharge. <br /> property-the real property that is the subject of the environmental site assessment described in <br /> the practice.
