If they are never on the road then there is <br /> no need for a manifest or have registered tire hauler transport the tires to the rail car. However, once the tires <br /> are taken off the rail car down south,they would need to be transported by a registered tire hauler under <br /> manifest while they are going to the retread plant. <br /> Basically we don't regulate the rail or transportation of waste/used tires on private property. <br /> Hope this helps <br /> Keith E.
